Are Hydration Packets Really Worth The Hype?

Hydration packets are a relatively new product to the market. They're small, lightweight pouches that contain both electrolytes and water. This combination is meant to help you stay hydrated during your workout or event, whether it's an intense weightlifting session or an all-day hike through the mountains. How do they work? Hydration packets are a type of electrolyte, which is a chemical compound that helps neutralize acidity in the blood. They work by absorbing water into the body and replacing fluids lost during strenuous exercise or other activities.
